Pelosi's 'free world'
Perhaps a Freudian slip, but an exasperated Nancy Pelosi exclaimed "It's a free world" when asked about the appropriateness of John McCain's campaign ads near the end of her interview on ABC's THIS WEEK I have often heard the accurate slogan "It's a free country!" but Pelosi's slogan makes no sense whatsoever when one includes Cuba, Iran and Russia in "the world" -- except perhaps to an ignorant multi-cultural savior of the planet.
