Obama's political godfather slurred Hillary delegate as 'Uncle Tom'

Illinois State Senate President Emil Jones was a primary sponsor of Barack Obama's rise. He arranged for Barack Obama to be credited with legislation on which he did not do the heavy lifting in the State Senate. Other than the work credited to him by Jones, Obama did very little actual work in the State Senate, forshadowing his United States Senate service.

Jones yesterday slurred a female delegate for Hillary Clinton at the convention with the label, "Uncle Tom". Did Emil Jones not get the memo about racial reconciliation and feel good rhetoric?
