Rosie goes multi-culti
Ain't multi-culti grand? If an American can't explain the situation in American English why, just grab some words from another language and assume that the notoriously unilingual Americans will understand. And that is what the New York American born Irish Catholic Rosie O'Donnell did. Rationalizing the loss of her rumored deal for a talk show with MSNBC because "i (sic) let it slip" too soon, she bravely accepts responsibility for her actions.
And how does she feel about all this?
everything happens for a reason
bashert - as we say
For those of you who don't say "bashert," it is a Yiddish (Jewish) word for fate. We say it and now so does Ms. O'Donnell.
Que sera, sera.
