"Push Israel"
That's the editorial advice of the Boston Globe, owned by the New York Times, with regard to the resurrected Saudi peace plan. Of course, the plan requires Israel to allow 4 generations of Palestinians born in other countries to "return" to Israel, thereby outnumbering Jews and ending the Jewish state through democratic means.
Of course, calling it a "peace plan" puts Israel on the defensive as the one party standing against peace. But in this case "peace" means the peace of death."Rice's mission should be to push Israel as hard as she has been pushing the Arab states to start a negotiating process."
