Israel and Azerbaijan to consider natural gas deal
Ummah News Links offers the information that,
"The government of Azerbaijan has invited Israel to begin negotiations on the supply of natural gas.Speaking at a recent meeting with Minister of National Infrastructures Benjamin Ben-Eliezer, Azerbaijan's Minister for Economic Development Heidar Babayev said that his government was willing to supply gas to Israel through Tbilisi-Baku-Erzurum pipeline."
This continues the trend of collaboration between Israel and certain Islamic regimes on energy supply issues. It is useful to keep in mind that deadlocked confrontation is not the entire story of relations between Israel and the Muslim world.
