Berger report
Because of the way it was handled and explained, many believed that Berger's removal and destruction of classified documents from the National Archives, preventing review by the 9-11 Commission was not a serious matter. A newly released Congressional report should put that notion to rest.

Of course, the comparison between the disparate treatment Berger and Libby received by both the Ashcroft Justice Department and press also comes to mind.
