State level victories by Dems are important
The pain of defeat extends to the state level in too many states. I wonder how the Democratic wins at the state level will play out in terms of redistricting? An even more painful dynamic awaitrs us going forward.
Recall SCOTUS gave states the leeway to redistrcit outsde the regular census. The states are the feeder system for federal candidates. The states will tend to give the Dems a backbench of players in the future.
This wipeout has legs.
