Soros and Wesley Clark

Chuck Todd of the Hotline appeared on C—SPAN this morning, and reportedly revealed that George Soros has given $75,000 to Wesley Clark's PAC. Meanwhile, Soros has yet to donate the $5000 he could to Hillary, raising the question, is the General Who Rarely Blinks the chosen instrument for the billionaire currency speculator/radical leftist?
