There is a history of Democrats outsourcing our government policy to children (also known as greats moments of Democrat oratory). See

Now we have Speaker—Expect Nancy Pelosi:

"The gavel of the speaker of the House is in the hands of special interests, and now it will be in the hands of America's children."

Childish policies are one thing, but policies formulated by children are even worse.
