Almost a month ago the world was treated to a heart—rending video of a little girl wailing over the death of her father on a beach in the Gaza territory administered by Palestinians. The narrative was quite clear to most of the world's press: evil Israel had shelled the beach and another innocent Palestinian was th evictim of Israeli inhumanity.

The facts, however, tell a rather different story. Bagel Blogger, an Australian site, has done an exhaustive study of the available information, demonstrating why the press accounts carried to, and now believed by many, are simply fiction, propagated by Palestinians and lapped—up by the major press organizations.
