As a bookend to the preposterous Wilson/Plame case, Dan Rather indicates he doesn't quite know on what grounds, but he may sue CBS. Pretty funny except when you realize he made tens of millions peddling pap for the network.

Look, if that's what it takes, I could hang horizontal from a lamppost in a hurricane and make up stupid Texas aphorisms as fast as a Hermes Birkin bag leaving Neiman—Marcus on the arm of a trophy wife.
