Transfer agents, alternate drivers and shortcut shoppers

Larry Henry satirizes the Senate amnesty bill for illegal aliens by offering similar logic applied to bank robbers, unlicensed drivers and shoplifters in The American Spectator. It is such a basic point that one might think even United States Senators could comprehend it.
