I find it very revealing that Al—Jazeerah would rather not inform, or should I say admit to, the west that every year an average of six million African Muslims willingly trade in their faith in Mohammad for a chance to know the love of Jesus Christ. And those are just the conversions we now know about thanks to formermuslims.com moderator EROS, James Arlandson and American Thinker.
 
Last night when I clicked on the translation link in the Six million Muslims article, out of curiosity I clicked on the link to the original, untranslated version on Al—Jazeerah.com. That took me to an Arabic only Al—Jazeerah webpage with an error message that, when translated, said "Sorry the title page no longer exists. Please contact Mr. Asltena for further assistance."

The eternal optimist in me thought maybe the English link in the upper left—hand portion of the page might take me to the original English version of the story but that only took me to Al—Jazeerah's homepage du jour. 

So my optimism has one more little ding in it, you think I gave up and just went back to square one? My dogged, felid inquisitiveness drove me to keep digging. I used my trusty mouse to cut—n—paste the most pertinent names and/or phrases to the Al—Jazeerah search box. I tried 6 million Africans, Mr. Maher Abdallah, Shiekh Ahmed Katani, and even Islamic Law and Life, the very name of the Al—Jazeerah TV program where this all began. Want to take a guess how many search results I had to wade through to find what I was lookin' for? I'll give you a hint, the answer is less than one!

Now God knows I'm no big fan of our antique, drive—by, predominantly liberal mainstream media. But I seriously doubt an AT reader could point to a similar, mortal sin of omission scenario perpetrated by any of America's major network or cable news outlets and their respective websites. 

Of course I could always seek the help of Mr. Asltena but my constant companion Mr. Murphy says he'll probably just point me right back to the only site where I can get the straight scoop, American Thinker!
 
P.S. If your sense of irony and humor share a parking space in your mind (which in my case, is mostly empty handicap spaces) and you could use a few yucks, go back to formermuslims.com and scroll down to John 10:10. The back and forth between some of the Muslims and ex—Muslims is...well...it's a lot like a chat room full of Devout Democrats and Righteous Republicans on a pre—election tear!
