Cesspool of the psyche

By

Our liberal friends like to think of themselves as good people and their liberalism as the natural extension of their goodness. In this, however, they are woefully self—deceived. Rather than being an expression of human goodness, liberalism is the exact opposite. Envy, bitterness, anger, greed, resentment, hatred, intolerance are the psychological impulses that actuate most of liberalism's adherents. This is especially true of activist liberals. It is enough to look at its leading representatives such Howard Dean, Ted Kennedy or Hillary Clinton to see that this is indeed so. Does anybody really believe that these people are motivated by love, goodness, compassion or tolerance? Anyone holding this view must be either blind or mad.

Liberalism is the cesspool of the human psyche collecting that which is bad, sick or perverted in it. And then in an act of mind—boggling perversion, it convinces its hapless followers that their moral filth is something good. Only in the eyes of liberals can the killing of babies, anger, promiscuity and sexual perversions be seen as virtues worth demonstrating for.

To be fair, the vile impulses that drive liberals are not exclusive to them. They are part and parcel of the human psychological make—up and impinge on us all. Most people, however, are troubled and embarrassed when affected by them while to liberals doing that which is bad and perverted becomes a matter of pride. By covering the sewers of human weakness and depravity with hatches of smug self—righteousness, liberalism plays a cruel deception on its wretched adherents. Only those caught in its vices can think of themselves good while being utterly oblivious to the poisonous fruit their actions invariably bear.
