Norway welcomes Hamas
Norway, home of most of the Nobel Peace Prize grantors (who gave a Peace Prize to Jimmy Carter to embarass George Bush; who gave a prize to Kofi Annan despite his passivity regarding genocide in Rwanda and the Balkans; who gave a Nobel Peace Prize to Mohammed El—Baredei and the IAEA despite their fecklessness regarding nuclear proliferation around the world and passivity regarding Iran; who gave a Nobel Peace Prize to Wangari Maathai for being the Johnny Appleseed of Africa ) is pleased to welcome Hamas represenatives to Norway. To quote the Foreign Minister:
Norway's government has not invited Hamas to Norway, but if people with a Hamas background come here, we will meet with them," Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Stoere told reporters during a visit to Sweden. We are not inviting this entity called Hamas here, but if people work for Hamas we can invite them. How is that for intelligence? No wonder the above were given Nobel Peace Prizes.
