The pro-privacy party?

By

Democrat Congressman  McDermott was just found by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia  to have violated Republican Congressman  Boehner's privacy rights when he disclosed the illegally tapped phone call between Boehner and Gingrich.

A few days ago, Democrat Senator Schumer's aide pled guilty to violating the privacy act rights of  Maryland Republican  Lt.Governor Steele .

Now, how's that going to square with the Democrat party's bleats about the privacy rights of Hussein Al Qaeda and the nasty NSA?
