Th case of the missing prosecutor

By

In the graft trial against former Illinois Governor Ryan, the jury  has  deliberated for eight days without a resolution and two jurors were just removed for making false statements in their jury questionaire. To remove jurors so late in the deliberations will certainly create grounds for an appeal should the case continue and the panel vote for a conviction.

As the LA Times did in its report of the Holy Land classified  document slip up and the Washington Post did in its report of the early dismissal of the Cowles case, the NYT neglects to mention the name of the Prosecutor. It is Patrick Fitzgerald in all three cases.
