Special Prosecutor's response to motion to dismiss
Yesterday evening Special Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald filed his response to Lewis Libby's Motion to Dismiss in which Libby argued Fitzgerald's appointment exceeded statutory and constitutional limits on such appointments. To make it easier to comment on it, Rick Ballard has posted it in a format which permits cutting and pasting. Readers who are interested, may find the document here.
