The Criminal Element in the MSM

Speaking of criminal prosecution of the media, Inquiring minds want to know: When will CBS and other parties known and unknown  be prosecuted for releasing a classified report on Abu Ghraib and braodcasting photographic evidence in a criminal proceeding? 

Apparently, those that deserve a trip before a federal magistrate get prestigous awards instead.
