Protecting the Koran from scrutiny
Harvard and Georgetown offer courses and do research using the historical critical method on both the Old Testament and the New. Hundreds of other American and European universities and theological seminaries do the same.
Harvard and Georgetown do not use this method to examine the Koran.
This princely gift will ensure that thay won't do so in the future, I predict. The gift's purpose is to eliminate any lux or veritas when it comes to examining the obvious Jewish and Christian influences on a large proportion of the Koranic text.
Can ALL American universities be so benightedly politically correct? Can US national security afford it?
