Clinton and Kyoto: Too Much Hot Air
Bill Clinton faults America for not abiding by Kyoto Accords. As he did with Iraq, he said one thing as President and did another as an anti—Bush, pro—Hillary partisan. If he supported Kyoto, why didn't he submit it for ratification in 1998 when he was President?
