NYT editorial needs a correction
Mediacrity exposes the abysmal level of knowledge and intelligence which informs the editorial writers of the New York Times. It seems they missed a cover story in the Atlantic Magazine two months ago which puts the lie to their assertions on the origins of the intifada (the one in Israel, not France).
The Times does have an ombudsman, "public editor" Bryan Calame. He faces yet another test of his role. Let us hope he does not disappoint, as he has in the past.
