Castro did WHAT in Brazil?

Cuban dictator Fidel Castro has not only has wrought mayhem all over the poor countries of the hemisphere, he now seems to be moving in on more advanced countries, like Brazil — no small country — undermining them through alleged bribery about as badly as he has the smaller and less developed states like Bolivia and Paraguay. This dictator is all about undermining democracies any which way he can. This Investor's Business Daily editorial describes it.
