Is Libby guilty of a cover-up?

Jack Risko, of Dinocrat.com, one of the smartest guys out there, is worried that Libby might have sacrificed himself in order to delay uncovering the mention of Plame's name. Jack is no wild—eyed lefty, so I take his worries seriously.
