Fareed Zakaria, in this op—ed in the Washington Post, takes note of the trends in the Arab world toward reform. He focuses on the potential for smaller nations, particularly around the Gulf, to serve as laboratories and role models for the rest of the larger Arab world. This is in agreement with an earlier AT article of mine on Arab Reform found here.
