This is not an apology, this is covering your rear.  And how about being fair and balanced——why didn't Sylvester receive the same punishment as Bellings?  Probably because not so deep down, station management agrees with Sylvester. But I think Ms. Rice doesn't really care  about Sylvester's buzzing.
