Tim Goddard make a convincing case that if the judges of the Washington Supreme Court are open—minded,  as opposed to wildly partisan (say, like the King County vote counters),  there is plenty of law and evidence  to support throwing out the "election" of Christine Gregoire as the new Governor of Washington, and calling a new election.
