The Fitzgerald-Miller feud?
There's a bit of history behind the jailing of New York Times reporter Judith Miller for refusing to answer questions from Special Prosecutor Fitzgerald. According to left wing blogger Josh Marshall, Miller screwed up a criminal investigation that Fitzgerald was pursuing against terror—linked entities in America. She escaped without any censure from the media and legal worlds. The journalistic world again is going to bat for her despite these failings on her part. Maybe Fitzgerald is attempting to set things right for a change.
