Reed Irvine, the founder of Accuracy in Media (A.I.M.), has passed from this earth. He will be mourned and missed. I met Mr. Irvine in the late 1980s, just after President Reagan had turned me from a fuzzy—headed liberal into a conservative. Reed's passion for uncovering the facts deeply impressed me.

When Reed Irvine began his work the major media ruled America's consciousness as thorougholy as the Democrats ruled the House of Representatives. In no small measure because of his work, the credibility of CBS News, the New York Times, and other haughty legacy media is a national joke, and the Democrats are wondering how they can ever again capture the confidence of the American people.
