Pathetic
The contrast between John Podhoretz's wonderful analysis of the decline and fall of the establishment media and David Broder's pathetic attempt at same could not be greater.
Astonshingly, Broder blames the influx of star—power opinion commentators for Dan Rather's slipshod journalism. It's time for David Broder to spare himself and the rest of us further embarrassment and retire.
