Implicated in the biggest rip—off in history, rejected with a no confidence vote by his labor union, all of a sudden Kofi Annan is getting religion. Now he finally denounces one of the many instances of UN "peacekeepers" indulging in the worst sort of sexual exploitation. The problem is much larger than one instance, and appears symptomatic of a broken institution.
A day late and twenty billion dollars short, in my opinion.
Resign now, Kofi.
