Murder most foul
A lot of attention, some would argue too much, has been given over to the tragic disappearance and death of Laci Peterson and her unborn child in Northern California. While lacking the domestic spice of a two—timing husband who may have murdered his wife, the latest gruesome discovery in Iraq will alas, not elicit the same fascination with its concurrent persistent publicity. Saddam Hussein's minions were executing women and children together, sometimes with the mothers clutching their children to them when the bullets hit.
Unduly sensitive and experienced European forensic investigators, who fear the uncovered evidence might be strong evidence to convict Saddam Hussein with a death sentence, are not participating in the recovery and identification of the slaughtered victims. These are the people with skewed priorities and inverted morals who John Kerry wants to bond with as allies.
