The Daily Herald strikes again! January 5th's Page Two contains the following highly biased news summary, continuing the Herald's tradition of bashing Israel:

Abbas: Israel "Zionist enemy"

BEIT LAHIYA, Gaza Strip — Palestinian presidential candidate Mahmoud Abbas denounced Israel as the "Zionist enemy" Tuesday, his harshest language yet on the campaign trail, after Israeli tank shells slammed into a strawberry patch, killing seven Palestinians, many of them children.  Abbas'rhetoric has grown increasingly hard—line during a four—day campaign swing through Gaza.

That's it!  Nothing about the fact that the reason the tanks were there is that rockets were being fired from the strawberry patch into Israel.  Such selective reporting turns news into propaganda.
