On the one hand, I am admonishing you for behavior that I... oops... am clearing you of. So goes the logic of Kofi Annan's handling of scandal at the UN.

If this shows how he handles bad guys at the UN is any one going to be held responsible for the oil—for—food scandal? He certainly cannot punish bad nations, their leaders, or terrorists (Rwanda,Hussein, Sudan, Arafat), and now it appears he cannot punish his own employees. This is truly an organization spinning wildly out of control, and enmeshed in corruption.
