Kerry the clueless

Martin Peretz, of the New Republic, a Democrat, has written an important article in the Los Angeles Times, deconstructing John F. Kerry's policies on Israel. After noting that Kerry's voting record in the Senate is good on issues related to Israel, Peretz takes a close look at Kerry's proposals, and finds them almost laughable. In Peretz's words, "clueless."
