Kennedy keeps his record under water

Over the top ranter, Senator Edward Kennedy (D—MA), strikes again.  Interestingly he fails to mention his many votes opposing increased armes and military spending that may have made the US more vulnerable to his unfounded speculation.  But why should facts matter to him?
