Just in time for the 4th of July week end  the Pentagon announced

PENTAGON After months of declining enlistment, the Army has more than met its recruitment goals for the month of June.

Did George Washington meet his recruitment goals?  What about desertions?  Think about that as you barbeque on this truly celebratory week end.
