He gave Yasser Arafat a seal of approval despite seriously flawed and manipulated election results years ago—thereby playing a part in the years of terror and the thousands of deaths and injuries to follow. He gave Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez a victory despite fraud and intimidation corrupting that "election." He ignored the Ukrainian electoral crisis and has already questioned Iraqi elections before they have even occurred. Oh..never mind..the Palestinians are again using this man for hire to give their chosen candidate and their "elections" the seal of approval.
