It's almost sad
The standards of CBS News, once the employer of Edward R. Murrow, have fallen to the point where I almost feel compassion for them in their self—disgracing antics. I almost want to look away, the way I would avoid staring at a loud drunk shaming his family at a posh restaurant.
Are these CBS News people drunk or on drugs? What can account for the sad and obvious sloppy inaccuracies of their "chief political writer" David Paul Kuhn, devastatingly taken down by Polipundit today?
Given the harrumphing about the supposed low standards of the internet bloggers, and the virtues of "fact checking" at organizations like CBS, it is hard not to laugh at these poeple. But what could account for them setting themselves up for ridicule?
