It depends on who builds it

Yasser Arafat is one of many Arab leaders celebrating the International Court ruling against Israel's anti—terror barrier. Strangely enough, however, he has had nothing at all negative to say about Saudi Arabia's massive mutlti—billion dollar plan to erect its own barrier fence, along its southern border with Yemen.

 

Neither, for that matter, does the International Court. Maybe it's the fact that the dence is saving Jewish lives that is the real problem, for these hypocrites.
