Now I am so glad that it was close enough that Democrats would think this current craziness an option. I am listening to Barbara Boxer right now and can hardly control my laughter. I cannot recall any other political stunt that I have seen in Congress, and I have seen some doosies, any dumber than this one. Have I lost all perspective as a typical tax paying citizen to the political junkie in me that I am missing something? I just have to wonder because I cannot imagine anyone who is not already a biased, Bush—hating Democrat that would see this opposition to accept the results of the 2004 election as anything other than a complete (and somewhat insane) denial of reality. Are the Democrats so distraught that they are literally committing political suicide?
