Herb Meyer, whose DVD, The Siege of Western Civilization got a rave review from me, has given us another important lesson. In today's National Review Online, he writes a powerful analysis of what needs to be done to repair the dysfuctionality at the CIA. 

As in his DVD, he cuts right to the bone, and writes about the realities, rather than the platitudes, of running the institution in question. About those CIA realities he knows a great deal. You will understand at a deeper level if you read the entire thing.
