Aleksander Boyd has discovered that a UK civil servant, who works for the Greater London Council, and indirectly for London mayor "Red Ken" Livingston, has used his official email account to register a website for the Venezuela Information Office, a propaganda arm of the Hugo Chavez Castroite regime.

Regrettably, the UK does not have a foeign agent registration law as the USA does, so there is no official disclosure. But it is disconcerting to the see the degree to which "international solidarity" operates.
