Grievances

Eleanor Clift on last Sunday's McLaughlin Group, discussing the London bombings:

"And so you have these large Muslim populations with many young men who are aggrieved, and I think it's going to be incumbent upon all of the world to try to address these grievances." 

I would like to ask Eleanor Clift, what "grievances" could anyone commit to her and those dear to her, that would drive her to strap explosives to herself and slaughter innocent civilians in a subway?
