Yet another thread in the whole cloth woven by John F. (for fraud) Kerry, in which to wrap his military service, is coming loose. Pulling on this particular strand may further unravel the fabric, which is already showing a major hole around the Christmas in Cambodia chapter, already used by Kerry to advance his left wing political/diplomatic/strategic agenda in the 1980s. Had he succeeded in his deception, Nicaragua might well be enslaved in a communist dictatorhship today.

Captain's Quarters traces the newest affair, and links to source documentation. It concerns David Alston, the only black 'shipmate' in the Band of Brothers, and therefore an especially potent and useful icon for a Democrat politician of aristocratic descent. Mr. Alston even spoke at the Democratic National Convention in favor of Kerry.

It develops that there are allegations based on partial evidence that Alston never served with Kerry on the same Swift Boat. Because service on the same Swift Boat has been elevated to important status by Kerry's defenders, Alston's lack of same not only discredits Kerry's story, it resonates to discredit his defenders. Even more importantly, if Alston never served, but has been affirmed by other members of the BoB to have done so, that would demolish their credibility.

Getting to the bottom of the matter would only require the release of the service records of Kerry and Alston. One simple signature on one form each would clear up the matter completely. Yet neither man has made a move to sign form 180. If the press were not so hopelessly compromised by left wing bias, they would be demanding this most disclosure from the man who would be Commander in Chief.

Stay tuned. The media monopoly no longer exists. This matter will no go quietly into that dark night.
