Exploiting Katrina

James K. Glassman, nationally syndicated columnist, host of the website TechCentral Station  and former resident of New Orleans, has written an article regarding Hurricane Katrina and the exploitation occurring. Some are trying to blame the hurricane on global warming and specifically on the US for not signing the Kyoto Protocol.
