America's worst major daily newspaper (continued)
Our own Matt May, writing on his blog, does an admirable takedown on America's worst major daily newspaper, the Minneapolis Star—Tribune. There's a lot of competition for the title, but the Strib is earning a world—wide reputation as an incompetent joke of a rag. The title of Matt's piece, "Journalism 101" is completely apt, since the Strib vioilated the basics of high school journalism in its rush to say something nasty about Ann Coulter.
One would think that the management of the Strib would realize that their industry is in steep decline, and the only way to survive is to embidy excellence, not shoddy partisanship. Apparently, they are too stupid to notice.
