Obama's November Surprise

After this election, there is no reason for him to hold back. His mission is to flood America's electorate with Hispanics and the newly entitled. He will try to buy off a chunk of the middle class with ObamaCare. Welcome to the permanent Democrat majority!  In 2017, he will pass the baton to the new Democrat president with new firsts, new promises and new lies.

Win or lose the elections on November 4th, the Democrats will still control the Senate until January 3rd. If the Democrats lose the Senate, it will likely be Harry Reid's last months leading the Senate -- his last chance to add liberal legislative victories to his trophy case. Either way Obama will be president for two more years.

After November 4th 2009, we can look forward to:

1) Obama has promised Executive Amnesty for Hispanics illegally in the U.S. before Christmas. He will stop federal agencies from enforcing immigration laws; and according to Senator Jeff Sessions, amnesty will include driver’s licenses, work permits, and social security cards. Once they start paying taxes and social security, the Supreme Court will soon grant them citizenship. "No taxation without representation" is not in our constitution but it was once our nation's rallying cry. It will be persuasive. Obama will keep this promise despite the threat of Ebola, TB, and other diseases that we once screened for at our border - and still do to those arriving from overseas.

2) ObamaCare mandates for the rest of America will come on line. Everyone's insurance will change to ObamaCare’s rules.  There will be taxes on gold plans - except for unions -- who were big supporters of Obamacare. Part-time workers will increase as employers, who are in competitive industries, are forced to lower costs to survive.

3) Comcast and Time Warner will be allowed to merge in a brazen display of cronyism. There is no defensible way that merger of these two monopolies is going to be good for Americans, but the Obama administration has been bought off with fawning coverage from MSNBC/NBC-Universal which is owned by Comcast.  Comcast owning NBC (completed in 2013) is controversial as there are conflicts with Comcast positioning its channels for better exposure against rivals.

4) The Senate will completely do away with the supermajority for approval for high level appointees and Supreme Court Justices.

5) A new highly partisan attorney general will be rammed through the Senate with a majority vote.
And say hello to Justice Holder, it is a long shot, but why not? He needs a job. Harry will get him through the Senate. Ruth Ginsberg would likely retire if a liberal replacement is found. Far-fetched? Maybe. Possible? Absolutely!

7) Pardon's for everybody, why not? Traditionally they are granted right before the end of the President's term, but Obama with his in-your-face attitude could grant them on September 5th. He has nothing to lose. You can bet this president will use them liberally. Lois Warner and Eric Holder for sure. Convicted cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, fresh from giving his commencement speech at Goddard College, is certainly a candidate. Prisons have too many African-Americans in them. There could be blanket pardons. Lots of Democrat voters there.

After November, there is no reason to posture or pose. Obama can just let 'er rip. He is free to concentrate on implementing his Harvard-liberal, Reverend-Wright-influenced, Alinsky-framed ideas. House and Senate be damned. He has a pen and he has a phone, Harry Reid will be there to cover for him at least until January then who knows? Maybe he will cow the Republican Senate as he has the House Republicans.

In 2010 mid-terms, he compared the Republicans to having driven car America into a ditch. They stood on the road, drinking a Slurpee, watching as he and the Democrats pushed the car out of the ditch with their pork-barrel stimulus program. He complained that the ones who drove America into the ditch want to now drive the car. He was having none of that. He was going to plot his own course. He has left us a 51-car train wreck. Make that 50 -- D.C. Metro-area is doing fine on the federal dole. It now has four of the richest zip codes in America. Homes average over a million each. Over two million in McLean, Va. 22102. Welcome liberals, to the 1%.

Remember these recent Obama words:  “I’m not on the ballot this fall . . .  but make no mistake, these policies are on the ballot -- every single one of them.”
