Anti-Trump hysteria at its worst.  Daniel Nussbaum of Breitbart reports:

In an interview with CNN on Monday, Rep. Loretta Sanchez (D-CA) said Saturday Night Live is “endangering Latinos” by allowing Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump to host this weekend’s episode.

“I happen to like the SNL show,” Sanchez told CNN’s Brooke Baldwin. “But certainly there have been some times when SNL and its skits have gone overboard.”

“But in particular, we are upset that Mr. Trump is hosting this rather than just being a skit,” she added. “It is enabling him after he’s said these derogatory comments. And NBCUniversal said to us early on, ‘We’re not going to stand for this.’ So we are simply pushing back at SNL and saying, ‘Uh uh, this is not correct, and you are endangering Latinos when you do this type of of a thing.'”

Sanchez lost her first bid for electoral office when she ran for the Anaheim city council as Loretta Brixley (her married name) but won a narrow victory for Congress amidst voting irregularities.  Ever since, she has been playing the Hispanic Card for all it is worth (and in rapidly Latinizing California, that’s a lot).

But really, Sanchez is asserting that crazed racists will see a skit on SNL and go out and assault Hispanics?   

Obviously, Trump is someone feared by Democrats, and they want to shut him up.  The entire Hispanic Caucus agrees.
