More attacks on Romney donors

Of course, the New York Times goes to bat for Obama in this hit job regarding how members of the Ricketts family of Chicago are helping to fund a campaign against Barack Obama (one member is mentioned in a one sentence aside as funding Obama's campaign). This is part of a continuing series of "wet work" attacks on other conservative donors (the Kochs, Adelson, Vandersloot) or Republican politicians who oppose Obama (Darrell Issa, Mitt Romney). The Times  coverage of the Ricketts effort is shrouded in conspiracy mongering, descriptions of secret plans and such.  The attacks have already scared Romney into disowning the reported ad strategy.

Meanwhile, a secret conclave of Democratic mega-donors (including George Soros) and operatives to plan a pro-Obama campaign  that has been covered by conservative media is completely ignored by the New York Times and the msm. For coverage of that meeting at a swanky hotel catering to the 1% of the 1%,  see this column by Andrew Stiles at the Washington Free Beacon.

Double standards are the liberals modus operandi.
